These Terms of Service govern your engagement with No Limits
Marketing Agency (“Agency,” “we,” “us”) located in Joplin, Missouri.
SERVICES
No Limits Marketing Agency provides digital marketing services
including paid media management, search engine optimization,
local SEO, content marketing, and AI-assisted marketing operations.
Specific services are defined in individual client agreements.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
– Provide accurate business information and timely access to
advertising accounts
– Review and approve marketing materials within agreed timeframes
– Comply with all applicable advertising platform policies
– Make timely payment for services rendered
AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES
We agree to:
– Manage your campaigns with reasonable care and expertise
– Provide regular performance reporting
– Maintain confidentiality of your business information
– Comply with all applicable advertising platform terms of service
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Marketing strategies, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies
developed by No Limits Marketing Agency remain the property of
the Agency. Creative assets developed specifically for your
campaigns become your property upon full payment.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are defined in individual client agreements.
Accounts past due by 30 days may result in suspension of services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
No Limits Marketing Agency is not liable for advertising platform
policy changes, algorithm updates, or market conditions outside
our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for
services in the preceding 30 days.
TERMINATION
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice.
Client remains responsible for any costs incurred during the
notice period.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
